The Juicer

4 rounds:

  • Run 1 mile
  • 10 pull-ups (chin-ups)
  • 30 burpees (push-ups)
  • 100 Ab Combo

Only juices throughout the day.

  1. 2 Oranges, 2 Gala Apples, 1 Cucumber
  2. 4 Tomatoes, 1 Zuchini, 1 handful Parsley, 3 stalks Celery, ½ Lemon
  3. 5 stalks Celery, 2 Apples, 1 Plum, 2 Peaches
  4. 2 Green Apples, 2 Carrots, 1 Plum, 1 Orange, ½ Lemon
