What is Circuit Training? 

When designing and training using circuits here are some things that I try to always implement. 

  • Don’t stop.
  • Be creative.
  • Change muscles.
  • Focus on muscles, always on core.
  • Work hard, exercise until first negative.
  • Finish with long cardio.
  • Water slows heart-rate. (Not enforced)
